I have extensive experience working as a voluntary counsellor for a charity that helps support domestic abuse survivors, both female and male. Whilst some have had recent experiences of abuse, many are struggling to cope with PTSD, depression and anxiety as a result of an abusive relationship from many years ago. I help these clients to regain their identity and believe in themselves so they can begin to rebuild their lives.
